Tracey Price-Allan

Head of Social Research

Tracey Price-Allan specialises in impact measurement, organisational strategy, and evidenceโ€‘driven reform across the public, nonโ€‘profit, and consultancy sectors.

She is recognised for her expertise in Theory of Change, mixedโ€‘methods research design and evaluation, Tracey supports organisations turn quantitative data and qualitative research findings into clear, actionable insights.

With a career rooted in crossโ€‘sector collaboration, she is widely recognised for ensuring that people with lived experience meaningfully shape research, services, and policy. She also has a strong track record of developing strategies that promote prevention, reduce inequalities, and strengthen public health outcomes.

Her extensive experience leading programmes in criminal justice and health and social care also gives her a deep understanding of the challenges within these sectors.

Tracey holds a PhD in Social Policy Research, where she explored how Scottish policy and legislation could be used divert people who use drugs away from criminalisation and toward healthโ€‘focused support.

She has also chaired and contributed to international working groups on publicโ€‘health oriented criminal justice reform and holds an honorary position on the Board of the Global Law Enforcement and Public Health Association.
