Sophie is a tenders administrator. Her past experiences include being the secretary of a volunteer-run community cinema, as well as a publishing assistant for Route 57, the University of Sheffield’s creative writing journal, which annually showcases the talent of Sheffield’s literary community.  

Sophie has an MA and a BA (hons) in English Literature from the University of Sheffield. Part of her masters’ study involved literature and the environment, with a particular focus on gendered ecological relationships through writers such as Charlotte Perkins Gilman and Ursula K. le Guin.
