Emma Peacock is a Principal Consultant with expertise in technology strategy, innovation management, and advanced manufacturing.
She brings a strong foundation in engineering and foresight, with experience spanning national strategy development, participatory research, and strategic communications across science and technology sectors.
Emma has led the design and delivery of major programmes focused on advanced materials innovation, bioelectronics, space and photonics, and hydrogen technologies. Her work often involves facilitating stakeholder engagement, conducting market and policy research, and shaping sector growth plans. She is skilled in applying foresight tools, options appraisals, and strategy frameworks to support decision-making and innovation planning.
With a Master’s in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge, Emma combines technical insight with strategic thinking. She specialised in applying Technology Roadmapping to complex technology areas.
Emma is an advocate for inclusive innovation and contributes to STEM engagement initiatives. She is also a member of the North of England Institute of Mining and Mechanical Engineers.
