New domain, same mission
We’ve moved! Our CEO, David Beeton, explains our journey to a new digital domain.
When Urban Foresight was founded, choosing a .org domain was a deliberate decision. It set us apart, signaling that we were more than a typical consultancy. ย
At the time, .org carried connotations of collaboration, purpose, and a focus on societal goodโa friendly and approachable identity that fit perfectly with our ethos. It was a small but meaningful choice that reflected our ambition to do things differently.ย
Over the years, Urban Foresight has grown in stature and impact. Weโve expanded our team, broadened our expertise, and taken on projects that have had a transformative effect across the UK and beyond.ย ย
Our identity has also evolved. Weโre no longer a small, unknown player carving out a niche; weโre recognised as a leader and a highly credible partner in a wide range of fields.ย ย
This growth brings new opportunities and responsibilities. Itโs important that our identity reflects not only where weโve come from but where weโre headed. Thatโs why weโve made the move from urbanforesight.org to urbanforesight.com.ย
What does .com mean for Urban Foresight?ย
The switch to .com is a symbol of our maturity and ambition. It aligns us with the international business community and positions us for broader recognition.ย ย
While we remain deeply committed to our mission of helping ambitious clients to create a better future, the .com domain reflects our role as a confident, growing business with a global outlook.ย
Moving to .com is the next step in our collective journeyโa small but significant change that points to an exciting way forward.ย
Keeping in touchย
Youโll still be able to reach us online and by email by using our .org domain. But please update your records to our new domain extension so that we can stay in touch well into the future.ย
And if youโre looking for an excuse to connect with our team, feel free to try out our shiny new .com addresses โ weโd be delighted to hear from you!ย
