Digital Seminar on Change Management

Focused on ‘How to embed Carbon Management in your organisation’, the seminar is the final of four workshops delivered by Urban Foresight over the last 6 months to support public sector organisations in developing successful carbon management strategies.

The workshop is presented by Urban Foresight’s Jackie Smith, who draws on her expertise of implementing change management programmes across the public and private sector. The seminar offers insights on the processes involved in change management, how change impacts upon individuals and demonstrates how change management can improve practitioners’ Carbon Management Plans.

Jackie commented that: “This workshop recognises the importance of ensuring change is fully embedded in an organisation and provides delegates with the knowledge and tools required to develop a change management plan, increase commitment to a Carbon Plan through the use of a range of interventions and addresses how to successfully embed a Carbon Management Plan within an organisation”.
